The Magic City Art Connection is happening this weekend (April 27-29) in Linn Park in Downtown Birmingham.  Volunteers from Camp Alabama Storm will be there on Friday and will host a “Helping Hands” workshop for Birmingham students and the public.  If you would like to contribute art to the art line, come by our booth in the Imagination Festival area from 2-4 p.m. April 27.

The Camp Alabama Storm Art Line will be on exhibit all weekend at the Magic City Art Connection.  Come by and see the art and read the messages of gratitude from young storm survivors.  This is a giant letter of thanks from children in Alabama to you for all that you have done to help others.  Our hearts and hands connect us all!

The Camp Alabama Storm Art Line Project will include over 200 individual pieces of art by Alabama children who survived the 2011 tornadoes and will be on exhibit the weekend of April 27-29, 2012 in Linn Park at the annual Magic City Art Connection in downtown Birmingham.  THE WEATHER CHANNEL is planning a photo essay with some of the art and messages of gratitude from the Camp Alabama Storm Art Line Project during the week of April 27, 2012, to mark the one -year anniversary of the storms in Alabama.
